Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Janitorial Supervisor. The Janitorial Supervisor will oversee janitorial services and housekeeping operations, ensure quality standards are met, and train staff. The role also involves managing customer service interactions, coordinating cleaning schedules, and maintaining supplies and inventory, while fostering a safe and clean working environment. Qualifications Proven expertise in Janitorial Services and Housekeeping operationsStrong Customer Service skills for addressing client concerns and fostering satisfaction Experience in Training and mentoring team members to uphold operational qualityBasic proficiency in Sales to support service promotion and client outreachExcellent organizational and leadership skills, with attention to detailAbility to work in a team environment and meet deadlines effectivelyHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in facilities management are a plusPrevious supervisory experience in janitorial or related fields is preferred
