Investment Banking Specialist

Role Summary: Responsible to handle capital raising, debt restructuring, fundraising initiatives, and investor management. The role requires strong expertise in financial structuring, regulatory compliance, and managing end-to-end transaction execution in line with Securities and Exchange Board of India guidelines. Responsibilities: Lead and execute capital raising activities through equity, debt, and hybrid instruments Manage fundraising mandates, including private equity, venture capital, and institutional funding Structure and implement debt restructuring plans for stressed or growth-stage businesses Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and stakeholders Drive investor management, including communication, reporting, and engagement strategies Prepare financial models, valuation reports, pitch decks, and information memorandums Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements as per SEBI norms Coordinate with legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory bodies for transaction closure Conduct market research and strategic analysis to support client decisions Support M&A transactions, due diligence, and deal negotiations Qualifications & Skills: Education: MBA (Finance) / CA 3–8 years of relevant experience in merchant banking / investment banking / corporate finance. Experience in fundraising and investor relations. Strong understanding of capital markets, debt instruments, and structured finance Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring Knowledge of debt restructuring frameworks and turnaround strategies Excellent investor handling and stakeholder management skills Sound knowledge of SEBI regulations and compliance requirements High level of analytical thinking and negotiation ability Strong network with investors, NBFCs, and financial institutions .
