Assist in live stressed asset and NPL transactions from origination to execution.
• Support financial model preparation, cash flow analysis, and portfolio recovery assessment.
• Manage and organize data rooms, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information.
• Prepare presentations, teasers, and investment memoranda for investor discussions.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, ARCs, and institutional investors for transaction processes.
Track market developments, deal activity, and regulatory updates in the distressed asset segment.
• Maintain MIS trackers and internal reporting dashboards to monitor deal progress.
Candidate Requirements
• Pursuing ACCA or both CFA and ACCA (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong grasp of valuation techniques, credit analysis, and financial modelling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables within tight timelines.
• Willingness to travel for business meetings when required.
