Your responsibilities will include conducting financial analysis, market research, and participating in client presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and valuation of target companies.
• Prepare presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct industry and market research.
• Support deal execution, including due diligence and negotiations.
• Prepare financial models and other supporting documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and pitch books.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with M&A transactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
