What role you will play in team: You will support senior bankers in executing mergers and acquisitions transactions for our clients.
What you will do: You'll assist in various aspects of M&A deals.
Key responsibility:Conduct financial modeling and valuation analyses.
Prepare presentations and marketing materials for clients.
Support due diligence and transaction execution.
Conduct industry and competitive research.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Assist in managing deal pipelines and deadlines.
Required Qualification and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Excellent financial modeling skills (Excel).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
