Role Overview:
You will be part of a team advising clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
As a team member, you will play a crucial role in assisting with financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for M&A transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial modeling and valuation of target companies.
• Perform industry and competitive analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations.
• Support senior bankers in all aspects of the M&A process, including deal execution.
• Manage transaction documents and deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of work.
Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Strong financial modeling skills (Excel, Bloomberg Terminal).
• Experience in M&A is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
