Role Overview:
You will contribute to the success of the M&A Advisory team by supporting senior bankers on a wide range of transactions.
You will assist in all phases of the M&A process, from initial client outreach to transaction execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting industry and company research.
• Developing financial models and valuations.
• Preparing presentations and marketing materials for clients.
• Assisting in due diligence and transaction execution.
• Managing client communications and relationships.
• Working collaboratively with other team members.
• Staying abreast of market trends and regulatory changes.
Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in investment banking preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong academic backgrounds will be considered.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
