As a member of the team providing M&A advisory services, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior bankers on transactions. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth financial analysis, performing market research, developing client presentations, participating in due diligence processes, assisting in transaction structuring and negotiation, preparing transaction summaries, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the entire deal lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting in-depth financial analysis, including financial modeling and valuation. • Performing comprehensive market research and industry analysis. • Developing client presentations and marketing materials. • Participating in due diligence processes and client meetings. • Assisting in the structuring and negotiation of transactions. • Preparing transaction summaries and reports for internal stakeholders. • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and other professionals. Required Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in investment banking or a relevant field (prior M&A experience a plus). • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, precedent transactions, etc.). • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg Terminal. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
