Investment Banking Analyst | Investment Banking | Noida Location: Noida Work Mode: Work from Office / Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 3-8 Years the Role We are looking for an experienced Investment Banking Analyst with strong hands-on experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, valuation and transaction-related research. The ideal candidate should have exposure to M&A, transaction advisory, due diligence, industry research and preparation of client-facing materials. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain detailed financial models for valuation and transaction analysis. Perform DCF, Comparable Company and Precedent Transaction analyses. Conduct company, industry and market research to support transaction execution and advisory activities. Analyze financial statements, operating metrics and business performance. Support M&A, capital raising, restructuring and other corporate finance transactions. Assist in preparation of pitch books, Information Memorandums, management presentations and other client materials. Conduct financial due diligence and analyze transaction-related information. Prepare company profiles, industry overviews and transaction comparable analyses. Perform valuation and sensitivity analysis. Review financial and operational data and identify key business drivers. Support senior bankers in preparing client presentations and transaction documentation. Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather and validate financial information. Maintain accuracy of financial models, analysis and presentations. Monitor industry trends, market developments and relevant transactions. Manage multiple assignments and deliverables within tight deadlines. Key Software Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, Capital IQ, PitchBook, FactSet, Refinitiv, Power BI; experience with other financial databases and research platforms will also be considered. Financial & Technical Knowledge Financial Modeling, Valuation, DCF, Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions, M&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Statement Analysis, Due Diligence, Transaction Analysis, Capital Markets, Industry Research, Company Research, Sensitivity Analysis, Financial Forecasting, Pitch Books, Information Memorandums. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA Finance, CFA, CA or relevant professional qualification preferred. 3 - 8 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, M&A, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory or Financial Advisory. Strong hands-on experience in financial modeling and valuation. Experience with DCF, Comparable Companies and Precedent Transactions preferred. Strong understanding of financial statements and corporate finance concepts. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with strong attention to detail. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
