What role you will play in team: You will be a key contributor to our financial modeling team, developing and maintaining models for various transactions.

Key responsibility:Develop and maintain complex financial models for M&A, debt, and equity transactions.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial models.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless integration of models.
Prepare model documentation and explain model outputs to senior team members.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in financial modeling.
Required Qualification and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in financial modeling, investment banking, or a related field.
Expert-level proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
