What role you will play in team: You will be part of a team focused on debt capital markets transactions, supporting senior bankers in originating, structuring and executing financings.
What you will do: Your work will involve financial modeling, credit analysis, and client interaction.
Key responsibility:Support senior bankers in originating, structuring and executing debt financing transactions for corporate clients.
Prepare comprehensive financial models and presentations for clients and internal committees.
Conduct credit analysis and due diligence on prospective borrowers.
Prepare marketing materials and client presentations.
Assist in the negotiation and documentation of debt financing transactions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the debt capital markets space.
Required Qualification and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
Strong financial modeling skills (Excel).
Understanding of debt capital markets instruments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
