Job Description Investment Banking Position: Investment Banking Analyst Location: Delhi Experience: Minimum 2 Years Qualification: Semi-Qualified CA / Qualified CA Role Overview We are looking for a highly analytical and finance-oriented professional to join our Investment Banking team. The ideal candidate should have strong financial analysis, valuation, financial modelling, and transaction execution skills, with a keen understanding of corporate finance and capital markets. Key Responsibilities • Conduct financial analysis, company research, and industry analysis. • Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and valuation models. • Perform valuation using DCF, Comparable Companies, and Precedent Transactions. • Support M&A, fundraising, restructuring, and other corporate finance transactions. • Prepare pitch books, Information Memorandums (IMs), presentations, and transaction-related materials. • Assist in due diligence, deal execution, and preparation of transaction documentation. • Analyse financial statements and assess business performance and investment opportunities. • Conduct market and sector research and identify relevant industry trends. • Coordinate with clients, internal teams, consultants, and other transaction stakeholders. • Support senior team members throughout the transaction lifecycle. Required Skills • Strong knowledge of Financial Modelling and Valuation. • Good understanding of Investment Banking, M&A and Corporate Finance. • Strong accounting and financial statement analysis skills. • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Eligibility • Qualification: Semi-Qualified CA / Qualified CA. • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, M&A, Transaction Advisory, Valuation, Due Diligence, or related areas. • Candidates with strong exposure to financial modelling and transaction execution will be preferred.
