Originate opportunities across Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestments, Strategic Investments, Joint Ventures, and Corporate Restructuring. Build relationships with promoters, founders, CFOs, CXOs, PE/VC Funds, Family Offices, and strategic investors. Generate qualified leads, conduct client meetings, and drive mandate acquisition. Develop strategic buyer and seller networks to identify potential transaction opportunities. Manage business pipelines, client relationships, and mandate conversions. Contribute toward revenue generation and successful deal closures. 🔹 M&A Transaction Execution Support financial analysis, company valuation, and financial modelling. Prepare Pitch Decks, Investment Teasers, Information Memorandums, and Transaction Presentations. Assist in transaction structuring, due diligence, and deal documentation. Coordinate with clients, investors, legal advisors, and internal teams. Support senior investment bankers throughout the transaction lifecycle. 🔹 Candidate Requirements ✅ 1–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A Advisory, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, or relevant Business Development roles. ✅ Strong exposure to Corporate Client Acquisition, M&A Deal Origination, or Mandate Generation preferred. ✅ Understanding of Buy-Side and Sell-Side M&A transactions. ✅ Strong networking, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills. ✅ Working knowledge of valuation, financial analysis, and corporate finance. ✅ MBA Finance / CA / CFA preferred.
