As a member of the team, your role will involve supporting senior bankers in various aspects of investment banking transactions, with a focus on the asset and wealth management sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial modeling, including discounted cash flow analysis and comparable company analysis.
• Perform industry research to understand market trends and competitive dynamics.
• Prepare presentations and marketing materials for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of transaction documents, such as pitch books and offering memorandums.
• Support senior bankers in client meetings and due diligence processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial databases.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with financial modeling software is a plus.
