Opportunity to work in an India Focussed Investment roleOpportunity to work for a well-established venture capital fund About Our Client Our Client is a leading Venture Capital fund based in Bangalore with an AUM exceeding USD 1 Billion Job Description Deal Sourcing & Market Research Identify emerging startups, sectors, and investment trendsBuild and maintain relationships with founders, accelerators, incubators, and ecosystem participantsConduct industry mapping and competitive landscape analysis Investment Evaluation Analyse startup business models, unit economics, financial statements, and growth metricsConduct market sizing, customer analysis, and competitive bench-markingSupport due diligence processes including commercial, financial, operational, and legal reviewsPrepare investment memos, screening notes, and presentations for internal investment committees Portfolio Support Monitor portfolio company performance against KPIs and investment thesesSupport portfolio reporting and valuation exercisesAssist portfolio companies with market research, fundraising preparation, and strategic initiativesParticipate in board meeting preparation and portfolio reviews Fund & Reporting Support Assist in preparation of investor reports and fund performance updatesSupport fundraising materials and LP presentationsAssist with sector reports, market intelligence, and thematic investment research The Successful Applicant A successful Investment Analyst should have: Educational Qualification • Should have completed their under-graduation from a Tier-1 institute Experience Required • 1 to 3 years of experience with a mix of consulting and strategy role with an AI/SaaS startupSector exposure • AI/SaaS exposure preferredStrong financial analysis and modeling skillsUnderstanding of startup metrics, valuation methodologies, and venture investing What's on Offer Opportunity to work in an India Focused Investment roleOpportunity to work for a well-established venture capital fund Note • Due to the high volume of applications received, we will only be able to reach out to relevant candidates.
