Information Technology Asset Management Lead

Role & responsibilities Manage IT hardware asset lifecycle, invoice management, compliance, procurement coordination, and asset tracking activities. Monitor SLAs, KPIs, warranties, maintenance contracts, and inventory records using ServiceNow and Excel. Support audits, governance, and cost optimization initiatives while coordinating with global teams to ensure efficient IT asset operations and service delivery. Preferred candidate profile 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management and Invoice Management Strong knowledge of Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and advanced MS Excel Experience handling ISO 20000 / ISO 27001 audits and compliance activities Good understanding of procurement, PO tracking, warranties, and maintenance contracts Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in rotational shifts and fast-paced environments Self-motivated professional with strong multitasking and team management abilities
