Com / B. Com with strong practical experience Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and independent Senior Credit Analyst who can handle bank finance proposal work from day one. The candidate should have strong knowledge of working capital finance, project finance, CMA preparation, financial analysis, stock statements, drawing power calculations, and bank proposal drafting. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, banker-oriented thinker, and capable of preparing sanction-focused documents independently. Key Responsibilities 1. Business & Financial Documentation • Prepare business profiles, project teasers, executive summaries, and promoter profiles Draft business model notes, industry overview, and repayment capacity notesPrepare security/collateral summaries and risk mitigation notes 2. CMA & Financial Analysis • Prepare CMA data for working capital proposalsCreate projected Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow statementsPrepare fund flow statements and working capital assessmentsCalculate MPBF, DSCR, interest, and repayment schedulesPerform financial ratio analysis and interpretation 3. Bank Loan Proposal Preparation • Prepare working capital and project finance proposals Handle CC/OD enhancement, term loans, machinery loans, takeover proposals, LC/BG proposals, etc. Assess eligible bank limits independentlyDraft replies for banker queries and objections 4. Stock Statement & DP Work • Prepare monthly stock statements and drawing power calculations Handle debtor/creditor ageing and margin calculationsReconcile stock statements with booksSupport stock and receivable audit workDraft replies for DP shortfalls and audit observations 5.
