The role requires a deep understanding of capital markets and experience in handling operations for international clients.*Job Responsibilities:Good knowledge of different types of corporate actionsSet up and process mandatory and voluntary eventsProcess instructions for voluntary corporate actionsCalculate and post entitlements on Ex-Date/Expiration DateProcess payments on Payable DateReconcile stock and cash for corporate actionsHandle corporate action claim processingConduct daily reconciliationsEnsure SOPs are updated whenever there is a changeRelevant experience in the reconciliation processMust know the impact of TAX and Rate on each events. Must aware about each important date of Corporate Action (Ex-date, Pay date, record date. Have good experience on working on MS Excel. Must have strong Communication Skills. Should be ready to work in any Shift.1-6 years of relevant experienceAbility to manage international client operations.*Shifts timings: Rotational Shifts (Including night shift)
