About the Role
ResponsibilitiesThe Fund Manager will oversee and manage the investment portfolio and financial affairs of the family office.
The role involves strategic asset al
location, investment evaluation, risk management, wealth preservation, and coordination with external advisors to achieve long-term financial objectives.
The portfolio has Indian and International components.
Investment ManagementDevelop and implement investment strategies aligned with family objectivesManage diversified portfolios across:Equities, Fixed income, Real estate, Private equity, Venture capital, Alternative assetsMonitor market trends and identify investment opportunitiesConduct due diligence on investment proposals and fund managersPortfolio MonitoringTrack portfolio performance and benchmark returnsPrepare periodic investment reports and dashboardsRebalance portfolios based on market conditions and risk appetiteRisk & ComplianceAssess financial and operational risksEnsure regulatory and tax complianceCoordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and tax consultantsWealth & Estate PlanningSupport succession planning and inter-generational wealth transferAssist in trust structures and estate planningManage liquidity and cash flow requirementsStakeholder ManagementPresent investment recommendations to family principalsMaintain relationships with banks, private equity firms, and advisorsCoordinate philanthropic and strategic investment initiatives if requiredPreferred QualificationsMBA Finance / CA / CFA / CFP with 820 years experience in Wealth management Investment banking Private banking Asset management Family office operations
