General Manager (Hotel Operations & Asset Management)- Mumbai

Role & responsibilities Direct the financial and operational outcomes across the entire portfolio. Examine budgets, forecasts, and business strategies to enhance EBITDA and overall returns. Provide leadership to Asset Managers, ensuring alignment in reporting standards, analytical approaches, and governance frameworks. Assess pricing strategies, sales and marketing performance, and competitive positioning in the market. Supervise capital investment plans, renovation efforts, and the general upkeep of assets. Champion cost control measures, improve cash flow efficiency, and enforce financial rigor. Maintain compliance with legal requirements, contractual terms, and brand guidelines. Offer strategic insights and portfolio-level recommendations to executive management. Preferred candidate profile 10+ years of professional experience in asset management, finance operations. Prior exposure to overseeing multiple properties or handling portfolio-wide responsibilities is an advantage. In-depth knowledge of financial metrics, including KPIs and EBITDA, along with a solid grasp of owner operator relationships. Excellent analytical capabilities, with strong skills in stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
