As an Investment Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead the investment team and collaborate directly with the promoter to shape the fund's portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: - Portfolio Management: You will be responsible for recommending stock selections and investment strategies that align with the fund's conservative, high-growth objectives. • Deep Research: Conduct fundamental research on sectors and companies, utilizing data-driven insights to make predictions about financial markets. • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of analysts in conducting research and preparing presentations for the Investment Committee. • Asset Monitoring: Track the performance of Assets Under Management (AUM), monitor daily fluctuations, and determine optimal buy/sell timing. • Reporting: Create detailed documentation on asset tracking and provide recommendations for corrective measures to ensure financial goals are met. To excel in this role, you should have the following skills and expertise: - Fund Management: Demonstrated expertise in running or leading research for an AIF in India. • Market Knowledge: Sound understanding of Indian Equity Markets, Private Equity, and Venture Capital. • Financial Principles: Strong grasp of fundamental financial principles, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • Leadership: Experience in leading a team of analysts and making confident decisions in high-stakes situations. In terms of eligibility criteria, you should meet the following requirements: - Experience: Minimum of 1825 years of relevant experience in the investment field. • Qualification: CA, CFA, MBA, or an equivalent professional degree.
