For more details you can visit us at https://www.equiruswealth.com/ Position / Role Title Portfolio Manager in Multi-Cap PMS team (This role reports to the CIO) Job description As a Portfolio Manager in our Multi-Cap PMS team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of equity investments across large-cap, mid-cap, and small-cap stocks, aiming to maximize returns for clients while managing risks. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage multi-cap equity portfolios, investing in large, mid, and small-cap stocks. Construct portfolios that align with the clients' investment objectives and risk tolerance. Regularly review portfolio performance and make adjustments as needed. Implement risk management strategies to safeguard client capital. Perform fundamental research on various stocks across different market capitalizations. Provide regular updates to clients on portfolio performance and investment strategies. Conduct client meetings and presentations to explain portfolio strategy, market outlook, and investment rationale. Actively manage market volatility and ensure portfolio stability through tactical adjustments. Prepare detailed performance reports and analysis for both internal stakeholders and clients Work closely with the research, trading, and compliance teams to ensure smooth portfolio management processes. Location Mumbai / Ahmedabad Role Requirement Required Qualifications: MBA / CFA / CA 7+ years of experience in portfolio management, equity research, or investment analysis Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of financial markets, equity analysis, and portfolio construction. Familiarity with portfolio management software/tools and Bloomberg. Proficient in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and using research tools. Ability to analyse financial statements, earnings reports, and macroeconomic data. Good knowledge of risk management principles and strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously.
