Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced FP&A Business Analyst to bridge the gap between Finance and Technology teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong Business Analysis expertise, hands-on experience with TM1, and a solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes within a GCC Banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and other functional specifications.
Work closely with finance users and technical teams to translate business needs into system solutions.
Support budgeting, forecasting, planning, and financial reporting processes.
Conduct business process mapping, gap analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement validation sessions.
Ensure successful implementation and enhancement of TM1-based planning and reporting solutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and change management activities.
Required Skills & Experience
4–10 years of experience as a dedicated Business Analyst.
Hands-on experience with TM1 (IBM Planning Analytics).
Strong understanding of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Proven expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and functional specifications.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience in business process mapping and gap analysis.
Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
Experience working with GCC Banking clients is mandatory.
