Role Overview: Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to join their finance team and report to the Director of Finance. As a trusted member of the team, you will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and other business planning activities to promote transparency and accountability within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in the monthly close process by reviewing actuals and proposing reclasses and accruals. • Collaborate with the finance organization to meet monthly reporting needs, including the preparation of internal and external reporting documents. • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate recording of multi-period activities. • Compile monthly budget vs. actual variance reporting to identify key risks and opportunities. • Assist in the creation of monthly forecasts, annual budgeting, and long-range planning activities. • Provide objective analytical support to influence and reinforce business decisions. • Support the FP&A and Reporting organizations globally. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. • 3-5 years of relevant experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Strong analytical skills and a curious mindset. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex problems for non-finance colleagues. • Deadline-driven, organized, and capable of multitasking. • Experience with implementing technology-driven processes is preferred.
