The role The role holder will be the Team leader, leading the end‑to‑end forecasting process and Management Reporting support within the GBS team, with in-depth knowledge of the Tagetik Financial Planning tool and its critical role in the company's S&OP process. Responsibilities include ensuring data quality and data hygiene in the forecasting and management reporting processes, partnering with Country Finance business partners to resolve pricing issues, identifying and addressing any discrepancies in forecasted numbers, govern the overall process run by the D&A team and ensure end to end completeness and sign off from countries, regions and BG. What You'll Be Responsible For Coordinating the forecasting cycles, ensuring timeliness, data completeness, and accuracy. Ensuring full data hygiene across the forecasting process: from live data (foundational data) to final submitted forecast. Resolving all missing price and cost data in a timely manner and proactively following up with relevant stakeholders. Identifying and correcting the list price and transfer price issues; and maintaining a clear overview of missing or inconsistent pricing. Safeguarding the performance and accuracy of the Tagetik Financial Planning tool, ensuring effective data modelling for forecasting. Running the forecasting cycle, analysing results, and delivering actionable financial insights. Maintaining and overseeing Tagetik interfaces with D&A and other relevant systems to ensure data flows correctly. Supporting countries, regional teams, and central leadership with manual adjustments and leadership overlays within the Tagetik Financial Planning tool. Reporting GMVA for the forecasting cycle. Supporting budget monitoring, variance analysis, and cost‑control activities across functions. Executing reconciliations (FIPA), supporting MEC activities, and contributing to compliant financial reporting. Preparing P&L reports, COGS/Sales reconciliations, GPVA analysis, and weekly/monthly sales flashes. Maintaining documentation, supporting audits, and assisting in process optimisation initiatives. We're Looking For Someone Who Has experience in Business Planning (forecasting) and the S&OP process (Sales & Operations Planning) and an understanding of Finance’s role within it and can operate confidently in high paced environment. Brings strong skills in Financial Accounting and Reporting knowledge, IT skills • excellent level of computer literacy, Agility and ability to adjust quickly to the changes.
