Job description
Responsibilities:- Work closely with different program teams in India and US to ensure accurate and timely program forecast and variances to plan Generate various Reports from the planning system for review and follow up Identification and reporting of concerns in a timely way Assist in providing accurate and timely program financial information and related reports that are both used internally by India and US program teams Assist in the preparation of LRBP and Strat plan Assist the Rates focal with updated program headcount based on regular headcount forecast exercise Provides necessary support and accurate information to program, India leadership team Acts as back up to other team members as needed.
Other tasks and duties requested by management.
Qualification:- Finance Graduate and Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance with 6 years' related work experience.
