Finance Manager / Senior Finance Analyst • FP&A & Investor Reporting 📍 Location: Mumbai (Andheri East) 400093 🏢 Company: Beauty Garage About the RoleWe are looking for a Finance Manager or Senior Finance Analyst with strong FP&A and business intelligence skills to support strategic decision-making and investor communications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing investor dashboards, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and detailed business performance reporting. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain investor dashboards and management reports. Prepare detailed revenue, margin, EBITDA, cash flow, and working capital analysis. Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packs. Create detailed breakups and variance analysis for investors and leadership teams. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A processes. Analyze business performance across channels, products, and geographies. Work closely with founders, leadership, and investors on financial insights. Automate reporting using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Support fundraising, board presentations, and due diligence activities. RequirementsCA / MBA Finance / CFA candidate preferred.4–8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or investor reporting. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar dashboarding tools. Ability to convert complex financial data into investor-friendly insights. Experience working with D2C brands, manufacturing companies, and businesses operating in both B2B distribution and B2C models. Experience with listed/public companies, investor relations, board reporting, and post-listing compliance will be an added advantage. Experience in startups, e-commerce, or other high-growth businesses is preferred.
