FP&A & Blended KPI Lead — DTC Skincare Brand (Remote)
We're a Korean-inspired skincare brand that went from zero to 8-figures monthly revenue in under 6 months. $60K+/day ad spend, 20K+ active subscribers, team of 20+, scaling to 30+, fully remote.
Now we need the person who makes sure aggressive growth doesn't become financial chaos.
The role in one sentence: Build the financial intelligence system that tells founders exactly when to scale, when to hold, and where the money is actually going.
What you'll actually do:
Build and deliver a weekly executive finance dashboard covering revenue, margins, CAC, MER, cash position, and scaling readiness.
Own the real P&L — channel-level, SKU-level, with true COGS, shipping, refunds, chargebacks, and agency costs.
Maintain a 13-week rolling cashflow forecast.
Build the inventory model with reorder points and stockout alerts.
Track subscription intelligence — cohort retention, churn, LTV, MRR.
Define CPA ceilings per SKU.
Run scenario models for scaling decisions.
Detect profit leaks and propose fixes.
This is NOT a CFO, Head of Finance, or advisory role.
This is a hands-on financial operator who lives in the data every single day.
You're the right person if:
— 3+ years in DTC or e-commerce finance/FP&A (in-house, not agency or corporate finance) — You understand Meta ad spend dynamics — CAC, ROAS, MER, contribution margin, payback period — You've worked with subscription models and tracked cohort retention, churn, and LTV — You've built P&Ls that reflect operational truth, not surface-level summaries — You have inventory forecasting experience — Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, Power BI/Looker/Tableau preferred — You're comfortable telling founders "we can't afford that" when the numbers say no — Systems thinker, not just report builder
