Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support company-wide financial planning, analysis, reporting, and strategic decision-making. The candidate should be capable of analyzing overall business performance, preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets, and providing insights to improve operational and financial efficiency across departments. Key Responsibilities Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and MIS reports Analyze company revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Monitor overall business financial performance and operational costs Develop management reports and financial dashboards Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for cost optimization Assist leadership with strategic financial insights and decision-making Coordinate with accounts, audit, procurement, operations, and management teams Ensure proper financial controls and reporting accuracy Analyze business trends, investments, and growth opportunities Support annual budgeting and long-term financial planning Maintain financial data, records, and reporting systems Experience Required Minimum 10+ years experience in: Financial Analysis MIS Reporting Budgeting & Forecasting Corporate Finance Business Performance Analysis Skills Required Advanced Excel & Financial Modeling MIS Reporting & Dashboard Preparation Budgeting & Forecasting Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Cash Flow & Profitability Analysis Cost Control & Variance Analysis ERP Knowledge Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent reporting and presentation abilities Qualification B.
