Role: Financial Analyst Location: Remote Role Overview: We are hiring a Financial Analyst to support Joveo's financial planning, reporting, and decision-making processes. You will build models, track performance, and deliver the analysis that helps leadership allocate resources and navigate growth with clarity. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and variance analysesSupport FP&A cycles including annual planning and rolling forecast processesAnalyze business performance metrics and identify trends requiring attentionCollaborate with business teams to gather inputs and validate financial assumptionsAssist in investor reporting, board materials, and ad hoc financial analysis Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong financial modeling and analytical skills in Excel or Google Sheets Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consultingProficiency with financial systems and BI tools for reportingSolid understanding of financial statements — P&L, balance sheet, and cash flowStrong attention to detail and ability to work with large, complex datasetsClear communication skills for presenting financial findings to non-finance stakeholders Equal Opportunity Employer: Joveo is an equal opportunity employer.
