Com/company/groupbayport/mycompany/ Position Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;) Intern Location: Ahmedabad / Gurugram / Remote Duration: 8–12 Weeks About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated M&A; Intern to support our Corporate Affairs & Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions initiatives. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in evaluating strategic investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, and supporting due diligence for potential transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in market research, industry benchmarking, and target company analysis. • Support the team in financial modeling, valuation, and preparation of investment memos. • Participate in due diligence activities and assist in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. • Prepare presentations and reports for leadership review and decision-making. • Track M&A; trends and maintain databases on ongoing and completed deals. • Assist in documentation and record-keeping for internal audits and compliance purposes. Desired Skills & Competencies: - Strong analytical and research skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. • Understanding of financial statements, valuation methods, and corporate finance fundamentals. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment. Eligibility Criteria: - Currently pursuing M&A; or Engineering. • Freshers from a top-tier management or engineering institute are also encouraged to apply.
