Our client is a company operating a marketplace for consumers, sellers, and content creators. It offers merchandise and content purchased for resale from vendors and those offered by thirdparty sellers. Job Description: The Top Key Responsibilities: • Month end accounting duties, revenue accuracy & reconciliation, partnering with accounting partners & collections team Leadership Principles: • Deliver Results, ownership, dive deep Mandatory Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 5-7 years of accounting experience focused on revenue accounting and month-end close • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, experience preparing journal entries and performing reconciliations in high-volume environments • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas combined with proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy in financial reporting, and capability to research complex accounting issues • Strong communication skills to explain accounting concepts to non-accounting stakeholders while managing multiple priorities and meeting strict monthly close deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Accounting expertise with analytical thinking, data-driven decision making, and research capabilities • Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders while working independently and collaboratively • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving orientation focused on root cause analysis with ownership mentality and accountability for deliverables Preferred skills: • Experience in revenue recognition for subscription or usage-based business models • Knowledge of multi-system reconciliation processes, revenue subledgers, and enterprise-level ERP systems and billing platforms • Understanding of accounts receivable and billing operations with process documentation and continuous improvement mindset in matrixed organizations Education or Certification: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field TekWissen® Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
