Learn Job Description This is a full-time remote role as a Financial Analyst at a United States based Real Estate / Private Equity firm. The Financial Analyst will underwrite new acquisitions, do research on necessary variables, run forward-looking projections and past reporting. You will work directly with the executive team at a growing US based company. Qualifications • 1+ year experience in the Finance field • A University Degree in the Finance field • Experience in financial reporting (profit and loss, balance sheet, forecasts, etc) - Experience in the real estate or private equity industry • Strong communication skills • Excellent organizational skills • Proven track record of handling confidential information • Ability to work independently and remotely • Proficiency in project management tools Requirements • Typing speed 50+ words per minute • Ability to work on US time zone • A clean and professional remote work environment • Fast internet, a second monitor and a fast computer Salary: $1000 - $2000 per month depending on experience.
