Finance Analyst

Job Title: Finance Analyst Location: Muddenahalli Function: Finance Reports To: Director Finance and Accounts Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis. The role will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality insights, enable data-driven decision-making, and ensure effective financial management across the organization. Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports and MIS, including variance analysis (Budget vs Actuals) Analyze financial performance, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights to management Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles Monitor cost structures and expenditure patterns to drive efficiency and cost optimization Assist in cash flow planning, tracking, and forecasting Collaborate with business/functional teams to ensure accurate financial data capture and reporting Strengthen and maintain financial controls, policies, and compliance standards Support internal and external audit processes by preparing schedules and documentation Drive process improvements and automation initiatives in reporting and analysis (Excel / ERP systems) Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial systems and reports Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Commerce Professional qualifications (CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA – Finance) preferred 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, reporting, or FP&A roles Prior experience in a corporate / structured environment is an advantage Key Skills & Competencies Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Data Analysis) Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles Analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into business insights High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment Exposure to end-to-end financial planning and analysis processes Collaborative and performance-driven culture Application Process Interested candidates can share their updated resume at: recruitment@ssslsg.org
