As an Equity Research Analyst
• Sell Side
• Auto Ancillary in Mumbai (Institutional Desk), your role involves conducting sector-specific research, generating new ideas, and collaborating with the lead analyst to produce new initiation/thematic reports while adhering to research compliance and guidelines.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working on financial models to formulate and finalize views on the industry and companies within the assigned sector.
• Summarizing various reports published by the company.
• Ensuring the generation of an adequate number of reports on the assigned industry.
• Initiating and writing reports on current market/economic/political themes, back-testing ideas, and screens to identify alpha opportunities.
• Creating frameworks to assess market valuation and developing/maintaining marketing and presentation materials.
• Conducting adhoc quantitative analysis as per client requirements.
• Staying updated with current industry trends and trade publications.
Qualifications Required:
- Educational Qualifications: CA/MBA
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience
• Domain Knowledge: Financial Modelling, Number crunching, domestic equity understanding
• IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Business Intelligence Applications
This position requires a candidate with a strong educational background in CA/MBA, at least 3-4 years of experience, expertise in financial modeling, number crunching, and a good understanding of domestic equity.
Proficiency in IT skills including MS Office and Business Intelligence Applications is also essential for this role.
