Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Director, Portfolio and Launch Management, based in Kanpur. The role involves leading the management and execution of the company's product portfolio, overseeing strategic planning, and ensuring timely product launches. Responsibilities include portfolio analysis, resource al location, cross-functional coordination, and project management to drive business growth and operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and use data to guide decision-making and portfolio strategy. Experience in portfolio management and project portfolio management, including managing multiple projects simultaneously. Expertise in program management and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and delivery. Solid understanding of financial principles, budget management, and strategic financial planning. Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make strategic decisions under pressure. Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a strong advantage.
