Your primary responsibilities will include: - Performing data collection, cleaning, and analysis of large datasets from various sources such as loan performance, customer data, financial transactions, and treasury operations. • Utilizing Excel for advanced data analysis, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, and complex formulas to generate valuable insights. • Building and maintaining automated reports and interactive dashboards to track key financial metrics using Excel and Tableau. • Supporting decision-making processes by providing actionable insights and trends derived from data, with a focus on financial and treasury-related information. • Collaborating with product, marketing, and operations teams to improve business performance through data-backed recommendations. • Conducting A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate the impact of business experiments and initiatives. • Using SQL for querying databases to extract and manipulate data efficiently. • Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and quality through validation and best practices, with a specific focus on treasury and financial data. • Presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management.
