We’re looking for someone like that who can: evaluate counterparty credit risk of hedge funds and family offices based on solid understanding of the counterparty's risk profile, business environment, exposure, and financial performance as well as a number of other quantitative and qualitative measures of counterparty’ credit worthiness (This includes client due diligence via client visit or conference call)prepare counterparty reviews/transactional credit proposals drawing conclusions relating to credit assessment, risk appetite, exposure drivers and business prospectsapprove new trades or to make recommendations to higher authority levels within Creditperform ad hoc credit risk analysis and portfolio deep dive when necessary.participate in portfolio reviews to identify risk developments or concentrationsexercise judgment and escalate decisions of high-risk trades to higher authority levels, as neededlead trading documentation negotiation including ISDA/CSA, Prime Brokerage and Repo Agreements Your team You'll be working in the [desk name] team in [Location].
