Role Overview
We are looking for a Credit & Risk Analyst with proven experience in managing credit exposure for large corporate/enterprise clients.
This role focuses on evaluating creditworthiness, monitoring portfolio risk, and driving data-backed credit decisions that balance risk mitigation with business growth.
Note: This role is strictly aligned to corporate/B2B credit risk.
Candidates with experience limited to personal loans, mortgage lending, or small business financing will not be considered.
Shift
5:00 PM 2:00 AM (night shift)
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate customer creditworthiness through detailed analysis of financial statements, credit data, payment behavior, and market insights
Define and manage credit limits, payment terms, and risk exposure in line with company policies
Conduct periodic credit reviews and proactively adjust risk strategies
Approve or decline credit applications within defined authority levels
Monitor and manage credit and operational risk across enterprise accounts
Develop and implement risk mitigation frameworks and control strategies
Maintain standardized risk-rating models for consistent credit assessment
Track macroeconomic trends, industry developments, and client-specific risk factors
Review aging reports and drive actions to ensure healthy cash flow and collections
Partner with Sales, Business Development, and Finance teams to resolve delinquencies and disputes
Recommend actions for high-risk accounts (e.g., credit holds, revised terms, escalations)

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with SAP / S4 HANA
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory), along with Word and PowerPoint
Experience with credit risk tools and rating models is highly preferred.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate (B.
Com preferred); MBA is a plus
3-8 years of relevant experience in corporate/B2B credit risk within large organizations
Strong expertise in financial statement analysis, credit evaluation, and risk-rating frameworks.
