Job description
The Analyst will hold a critical role within the Structured Credit and Real Estate Underwriting (RESCU) team, supporting the management of a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of real estate assets primarily in the affordable housing space (Citi Community Capital) across North America.
The Analyst will gain broad exposure across the full credit lifecycle, covering Construction Financing, Guarantor Analysis, and Permanent Financing.
