Role Details:
The consulting partner shall provide experienced AI Translators / Business Analyst with strong Risk and Lending domain expertise to work on AI & other transformation initiatives within DB CRO.
These resources will serve as the primary link between business, risk, data, and technology teams, helping to identify opportunities, define requirements, and design AI-enabled solutions and agentic workflows that enhance business processes and decision-making.
Key Focus Areas:
Identify, assess, and shape AI use cases and automation opportunities across business and risk management processes.
Translate business requirements into AI solutions, agentic workflows, business rules, prompts, functional specifications, and target operating models.
Act as a domain SME, applying expertise in credit analysis, lending products, financial analysis, risk assessment, governance, and business processes to design effective AI solutions.
Partner with business, data, and technology teams to support solution design, development, testing, deployment, and adoption.
Design human-in-the-loop and agent-based workflows that improve efficiency, quality, consistency, auditability, and user experience.
Support project governance, stakeholder management, business process re-engineering, change management, and implementation activities
