Credit Analyst - Commercial Lending

What role you will play in team: You will be a crucial part of our Commercial Lending team, supporting the credit risk assessment process for commercial loan applications. What you will do: You will analyze financial statements, conduct industry research, and assess creditworthiness of prospective borrowers. Key responsibility:Analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to assess credit risk. Conduct industry research to understand market conditions and competitive dynamics. Prepare credit memos and recommendations for loan approval. Present credit proposals to credit committees. Monitor existing loan portfolios and identify potential risks. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Collaborate with other credit analysts and loan officers. Required Qualification and Skills:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in credit analysis or a related field. Strong understanding of credit risk assessment principles. Proficiency in financial statement analysis. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Experience with credit scoring models is a plus.
