We are currently seeking a Corporate Finance Specialist to join a growing global finance team, supporting financial reporting, accounting operations, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, expanding business.

About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close processes, and ensuring all accounting activities are completed efficiently and in compliance with company standards.
You'll work closely with senior finance leaders and cross-functional teams to support decision-making and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for preparing and maintaining month end close accruals, preparing Journal entries, managing BS and PL - GL reconciliations and reports for management review.
Entering financial data and transactions into the ledgerReviewing financial documents for accuracy and reconciling accountsMaintaining and updating the general ledger and chart of accountsCreating and analyzing financial statements, such as the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statementIdentifying and resolving discrepancies in financial entries, reports, and summariesConducting account analysis to ensure that entries and balances are correctCollaborating with other departments to complete accurate records and provide accounting supportPreparing taxes or gathering tax documentsSupporting the Auditor, Controller and other financial professionals in their duties as neededAssisting in the development and implementation of accounting systems, policies, and proceduresWork with business owners to acquire required approvals and to gain a better understanding of expenses.
Monitor daily reports related to for triaging Accounts Payable mailboxes and handling of open items through Expense management and Bill Pay toolsExercise sound judgment regarding situations that may need supervisor/management involvement.
Perform other special projects or duties when required.

• 5+ years' experience in corporate finance or a similar in-house roleChartered Accountant qualification (CA / CPA)Strong Excel skillsExcellent English communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to work US / UK-aligned hours Nice to Have
