ROLE OVERVIEW This is a hands-on internship that goes well beyond routine bookkeeping. You will work directly with the senior management team and get exposure across both core finance operations and strategic finance • giving you a rare combination of depth and breadth early in your career. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON Finance Operations: Monthly book closure process (MIS)Compliance: GST and TDS matters (select areas)Strategic Finance: ESOP structuring, M&A support, fundraise execution, and cap table managementGovernance: Secretarial compliance (select areas) WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR B.
