Role Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Intern to join our Bengaluru team. This role is critical to our growth as we manage financial operations across multiple retail outlets. You will be the primary support in ensuring every rupee is accounted for and that our \"movement of money\" is transparent and referenced. Key Responsibilities: Daily Reconciliation: Ensure all daily sales from multiple outlets match the bank deposits and payment gateway reports (Zomato, Swiggy, POS). Transaction Audit: Audit the movement of money between outlets and the central account; ensure no amount is left without a clear reference or voucher. Expense Tracking: Support accounting tasks by categorizing bills, vendor payments, and utility expenses for each specific location. Financial Reporting: Assist in evaluating financial data to prepare weekly cash flow reports and P&L drafts for individual outlets. Research & Support: Conduct research on F&B tax compliance and support strategic budgeting for new outlet launches. Qualifications Education: Pursuing or completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, B. Com, or a related field. Analytical Rigor: Strong foundational knowledge in Accounting principles with a focus on Reconciliation and Audit. Excel Mastery: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) is mandatory for managing complex multi-outlet datasets. Detail Obsessed: A \"detective\" mindset to find discrepancies in financial entries. Proactive Attitude: Ability to work in a fast-paced F&B environment and adapt to daily operational challenges. Benefits & Details Stipend: ₹15,000-₹30,000 per month. Duration: 3-6 Months
