Key responsibility:Financial modeling and valuation of companies.
Assisting in the preparation of pitch books and marketing materials.
Conducting industry research and due diligence on potential clients.
Analyzing financial statements and credit ratings.
Supporting the execution of debt financing transactions.
Maintaining accurate records and databases of transactions.
Required Qualification and Skills:MBA or Master's degree in Finance.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling software and Excel.
Knowledge of debt capital markets and financial instruments.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
