**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management.
• Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support business strategy.
• Perform variance analysis, identifying and explaining key performance drivers.
• Develop and maintain financial models.
• Prepare presentations for senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather data and insights.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in corporate finance or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
