Experience: 3 Years to 14 YearsWork location: Chennai/PuneWe are seeking an experienced business analyst with a strong background in Corporate and Transaction Banking to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the banking sector, particularly in corporate and transaction banking processes, and will be skilled in implementing IT solutions that enhance these functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert Business & IT consulting services to clients in the areas of corporate and transaction banking.
Understand client requirements and business processes to deliver tailored IT solutions that address specific needs in corporate and transaction banking.
Lead and manage projects related to core banking transformations, digital banking solutions, trade finance, cash management, lending, liquidity management, payment systems, and other transaction banking technologies.
Analyze current banking processes and systems, identify areas for improvement, and recommend technology-driven solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that IT solutions align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and systems.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Stay up to date with emerging trends in banking technology, FinTech innovations, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT consulting with a focus on corporate and transaction banking.
Strong knowledge of banking operations, payment systems, digital banking platforms, and regulatory compliance in the banking sector.
Experience with implementing core banking systems, Trade finance & cash management solutions, and other relevant banking technologies.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
