Job description
Assist in handling/managing of Onsite Inspection conducted by RBI including the following:
Collating and reviewing the information to be submitted to RBI inspectors
Ensuring timely submission of the information requested by the Inspection team
Effective Co-ordination with internal stakeholders and RBS inspection team
Track and monitor all requirements of RBI against the timelines (B) Assist in handling of following activities pertaining to Preliminary Inspection & Risk Assessment Report (PIRAR), Inspection & Risk Assessment Report (IRAR) Proposed Risk Mitigation Plan (PRMP) and Risk Mitigation Plan:
Collate and review the responses to the observations in the PIRAR, IRAR, PRMP and RMP.
Ensure proper tracking and records maintained at RBS Team on these observations and submissions received.
Enable and facilitate Closure Meeting with RBI Inspection Team and Bank's management to discuss on annual inspection report.
Follow up for timely closure of RBS Open issue points and publishing of open issue tracker to Top Management, submission of update to Audit Committee of the Board and RBI. (C) Submission of Tranche and various indents on defined frequency to RBI:
Collate and review quarterly submission of Tranche1 and Tranche 1 A-H data and annual submission of Tranche 2, 3, Bank Profile to RBI.
Conduct analysis of Tranche 1 and 1A- H exception points and obtaining the explanations for such exceptions from respective stakeholders. (D) Assist in submission of adhoc information request received from RBI Inspection Team.
Follow-up and coordination with various team on adhoc data requirement received from RBI and timely submission of response to RBI.
Assist in preparation of monthly / quarterly / annual submission to Board / Audit & Compliance Committee
