Role : Sr Analyst • collection Location : Delhi / Pune / Ahmedabad / Hyderabad Qualifications : About 4-8 years experience in credit card collections or operations analytics. Basic knowledge of credit card collections lifecycle and performance metricsAdvanced SQL skills for large and complex datasetsStrong business acumen, such as in solving business to data interpretations, or making sense of data anomalies. Excellent communication, and data visualization skills Roles and Responsibilities : Develop and implement credit card collection strategies based on data insightsLead multiple analytics projects with minimal supervisionAnalyze large datasets using SQL to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesDesign and optimize Champion-Challenger tests to enhance collectionsCollaborate with stakeholders to present insights and influence decision-makingMentor junior analysts in analytics and data knowledgeDocument key projects and maintain them in on shared space
